Kristine Camron, Managing Partner

Kristine is a founding partner of Camron Molin and built her private legal practice by providing practical, cost-effective legal advice to entrepreneurs, start-up and emerging growth businesses as well as professional and angel investors on legal and business issues related to venture capital investment transactions. Kristine has managed over 500 transactions in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, transportation and logistics, software and manufacturing. Kristine regularly provides wide ranging legal counsel to start-up and emerging growth businesses and the portfolio companies of venture capital funds.

Kristine started her career in the corporate group at Ice Miller LLP in Indianapolis where she became a partner in 2004. Her career at Ice Miller LLP spanned 23 years where she was the leader of the venture capital initiative where she developed a unique understanding of the legal issues and challenges facing venture-backed companies. During that time, Kristine developed a keen ability to listen to her clients on a deeper level, to see the big picture and to be honest and genuine with her clients.

Kristine received her J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School and her B.A in Justice, Morality and Constitutional Democracy from the James Madison College at Michigan State University.

Kristine has been recognized for her legal work in The Best Lawyers® in America, Chambers USA and Indiana Super Lawyer.  She was selected by the Indianapolis Business Journal for the 2007 class of the Forty Under 40.

Kristine is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana.

Michelle Molin, Managing Partner

Michelle M. Molin is a seasoned business lawyer with more than 25 years of advising entrepreneurial companies and family-owned businesses on a wide range of legal and business issues.  

Michelle provides critical resources for businesses to achieve their goals, ranging from the complexities of managing family dynamics within a growing business to assisting with generational succession planning and other ownership transitions.

Clients describe Michelle as an attorney who is excellent in terms of responsiveness and client service, as well as providing thoughtful, practical and business-minded solutions.  Clients appreciate Michelle’s sensitivity to the unique challenges of entrepreneurial and family-owned business, and continue to turn to Michelle for guidance as life changes or business questions arise.  

Michelle spent the first ten years of her legal career at Ice Miller, LLP as a corporate attorney advising entrepreneurial and established companies in equity, debt and mezzanine financings and M&A transactions.  Prior to joining Camron Molin, LLC, she held the titles of Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Chief Risk Officer for more than fifteen years at The Townsend Company, LLC, a family-owned business in Muncie, Indiana.

Michelle received her J.D. from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and her B.A. in English from Purdue University.  Michelle has also completed executive education at Northwestern’s Kellog Executive Leadership Institute in the Family Business Program.  Michelle is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and is a member of the Indiana and Indianapolis Bar Associations.
